• All purchases made through OC Distributors LLC are subject to availability and final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. • Ticket prices may vary from face value and are subject to service fees, applicable taxes, and processing charges disclosed at checkout. • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and contact information when making a purchase. • Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases will be reported to the appropriate authorities and may result in immediate cancellation without refund. • Resale of tickets purchased through our service may be prohibited by the event organizer and applicable law.
4. Delivery of Tickets
Digital tickets are delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address entered is correct. OC Distributors LLC is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect contact information. Standard delivery occurs within minutes of confirmed payment. In cases requiring manual processing, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your tickets within this window, please contact our support team immediately.
5. Event Changes & Cancellations
OC Distributors LLC is not responsible for changes made by event organizers, including but not limited to: • Event postponement or rescheduling • Venue changes • Artist or performer substitutions • Event cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control (including natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events) In the event of a cancellation or significant change, we will notify affected customers and apply our Refund Policy where applicable. 6. Prohibited Conduct
