Orders and pricing
Ticket inventory and prices may change until an order is confirmed. The final price, including disclosed service fees and applicable taxes, will be shown before payment. A request submitted through this website is not itself a completed purchase.
Confirmation and delivery
An order is accepted only after you receive written confirmation. Digital tickets are delivered to the email address supplied with the order or transferred through the applicable venue or ticketing platform. Delivery timing may vary by event and may be delayed until the event organizer releases the tickets.
Ticket accuracy
Review the event, date, venue, quantity, section, and other displayed details before approving an order. Notify us promptly if your confirmation differs from what you approved.
Event changes
Dates, times, performers, lineups, and venues are controlled by event organizers and may change. Cancelled and postponed events are handled under our Refund Policy.
Resale disclosure
OC Distributors LLC may facilitate access through primary or secondary market sources. Ticket prices may be above or below the price printed on the ticket. Any applicable restrictions will be communicated when known.
